Overview

The Diode Foundation Affiliate Program pays a commission in DIODE tokens to registered Affiliates for paid subscriptions to Diode products.

To participate, simply enroll in the Diode Foundation Referral Program and set an Affiliate URL (an article or webpage promoting Diode and referencing your Referral Code).

Diode Referral Program Active Affiliates

In order to unlock Referral Tree Points in the Diode Referral Program, you must be an Active Affiliate.

Active Affiliate means:

  • Epoch 677: Be enrolled in the program
  • Epoch 678: Have at least one registered customer
  • Epoch 679 and later: Increase the number of registerd customers from the previous Epoch

Governance

The Referral Code system is governed by the Diode Foundation Referral Program, and these additional terms:

  • The participant must write an article, blog post, or other publicly accessible primary web content that promotes Diode to potential customers and that lists their Affiliate Code
  • The participant’s Affiliate Code is the same as their Referral Code
  • To generate rewards, the Affiliate Code must be entered as a discount / promotion code by a customer in a paid plan
  • Customers using the code will get a 10% discount
  • A reward of 10% of the payments from the customer will be allocated to the Affiliate
  • Payments are made in DIODE tokens, at the listed/trading price at the time of payment, which shall be within 30 days of the last day of the month
  • If the participant also joins the Diode corporation’s Affiliate Program, they will not also receive DIODE rewards from this program
  • If the participant also joins in other Diode Referral Program activites, such as the Bandwidth Growth Program, their status as an Affiliate may unlock additional rewards
  • If the participant is banned from the Diode Referral Program, they will not be eligible for affiliate rewards and their affiliate code will be suspended
